Copyright Curse

Due to circumstances beyond the control of the author a copyright curse has been placed upon this text by a close acquaintance who in the middle ages would have been subjected to trials of fire or water.  Anyone wishing to avoid baldness, halitosis, cellulite, impotence and several other afflictions focusing on personal self-esteem should at all cost avoid copying this text without permission of the author.

Relief from the curse can be obtained by destroying the copied material and replacing it with a new copy of the book purchased from the author (click here for relief) or from a local distributor.
